Employee onboarding / AN INTERACTIVE POSSIBILITY

A new starter. A clearer first day.

An onboarding workflow can check recorded information against role-specific requirements, show what is missing and prepare the next handover. People remain responsible for reviewing the evidence and deciding whether the person is ready.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH THE TIME BACK?

Less chasing. More room for the work that matters.

LESS COPYING. LESS CHASING.

The work moves. You get time back.

The old process

      ILLUSTRATIVE ESTIMATE
      hours back / week
      Old
      New

      How this estimate works

Weekly volume × (old handling minutes − new handling minutes) ÷ 60. New handling time includes human review. Waiting time, setup and ongoing maintenance are excluded. Change these assumptions to reflect your team; these are examples, not measured client results.

      THE BUSINESS QUESTION

How do I stop chasing new-starter paperwork?

      BEFORE

      The work gets held up.

Contracts, induction records and role evidence arrive in different places. The people team chases updates and asks several colleagues whether everything is ready.

      WITH A CONNECTED PROCESS

      The next step has context.

Checks run alongside one another and missing items stay visible. Complete sample records move to a review decision; incomplete records take the follow-up route.

      01

      Start with the role

Define the evidence needed for each role. The sample field and office roles have different licence requirements.

      02

      Check the recorded evidence

The demo checks whether each sample item is marked as recorded. A live process would also need to check relevance, validity and access.

      03

      Keep the readiness decision human

Missing evidence prepares a follow-up. When the sample requirements are met, a person reviews the handover instead of silently marking someone ready.

What would a live build need?

The checklist is illustrative, not a legal or compliance assessment. A live build would use your actual employment processes, role requirements, permissions and escalation rules. The demo does not read employee records or create accounts.

      BEFORE YOU BUILD

      A few useful answers.

Does a recorded document mean the employee is ready?

Not by itself. Someone may still need to check the document, its validity and any other requirements. The demo deliberately keeps a human decision in the process.

Can it work with Employment Hero?

Employment Hero is part of the illustrated software stack. We would first check your plan, existing workflows and available integration access before designing additional automation.

Can different roles have different checks?

Yes, that is the design pattern shown here. Try the sample office role and field role to see how a requirement changes the route.

      Will missing paperwork get overlooked?

In this sample it holds the readiness path and prepares a follow-up. For a live build, we agree who receives exceptions and when unresolved items are escalated.

      CONNECTED REPORTING & WORKFLOW OVERHAULS

      Start with the work
      you want back.

Connect the reporting and handovers your business depends on. Renzo personally scopes and builds the finished solution. Start with one workflow, or agree a broader overhaul across the systems that need to work together.

Scope, price and delivery dates agreed before a build. No purchase commitment when you enquire.

      01 / DEFINE

      Make the problem measurable.

Map the current task, systems, handovers and approval points. Agree a baseline and a success measure: handling time, re-entry, response time or exceptions.

      02 / BUILD & TEST

Put one connected process to work.

Renzo builds the agreed reporting or workflow solution, with connected sources and defined review points. Test normal cases, missing information and failures before final delivery.

      03 / DECIDE & HAND OVER

      Know what you’re keeping.

Receive the finished solution and a full documentation set. Review the agreed outcomes, confirm the handover and choose ongoing monitoring through a separately scoped retainer if you need it.

      THE PERSON BEHIND WORKS BETTER

      I build around the work
      your team actually does.

I’m Renzo, based in Canberra. I personally deliver the work, from understanding the business problem through to the finished solution. My own implementation connects four reporting platforms into one view, with hundreds of data points on a single page.

I have worked with one client for 12 years. That relationship reflects how I approach the work: understand the business, deliver something useful and remain a partner as its needs change.

      WORKING WITH RENZO

      A clear next step.
      No mystery after it.

      What exactly am I buying?

A finished connected reporting or workflow solution, personally delivered by Renzo, with a full documentation set. An engagement can address one workflow or a broader overhaul across disconnected systems. The written scope defines the outcome, integrations, acceptance criteria, deliverables and exclusions before you commit.

How much does an engagement cost, and how long does it take?

The quote and delivery plan follow a review of your process and system access. Integration permissions, data quality and the approval steps affect both. You receive the proposed price, dates and any third-party costs before agreeing to the build; there is no universal price or timeline on this site.

Who will actually build and deliver it?

Renzo personally scopes, builds and delivers the finished solution. The delivery plan sets out milestones and acceptance criteria, so both sides know what needs to be working at handover. You work directly with the person doing the implementation.

What is included in the documentation?

A full documentation set forms part of the engagement. During scoping, we agree its contents around the systems, connections, workflow logic, operating instructions and handover your team needs. Access, recovery and ongoing responsibilities are recorded for the agreed solution.

Who owns the accounts and the finished workflow?

The proposed approach is to use business-owned accounts, with your team retaining control of access. Workflow files, documentation, handover rights and any platform-specific limits are set out in the quote. Third-party software and model licences remain subject to their own terms.

What happens if the AI is wrong or a connection fails?

The agreed design defines where the process must pause, who reviews exceptions, and how the team falls back to the existing process. Missing data, incorrect suggestions and connection failures belong in the test plan. Monitoring and recovery arrangements are agreed before any live rollout.

      Who supports it after launch?

Renzo offers ongoing monitoring as required through a separately agreed retainer. It sets out what is monitored, how issues are raised, the available response arrangements and the cost. Changes and additional development are scoped explicitly. The finished solution and full documentation are part of delivery; a monitoring retainer is an optional ongoing service.

Where does our business data go?

During scoping, we identify the information each step needs, the providers that would receive it, access controls and retention. Hosting location and provider terms are confirmed for your build. The playground uses fictional data and sends nothing to an AI model. Only the details you deliberately submit through the enquiry form are saved.

Is the fleet case study the same as these demos?

No. The six playground examples use fictional data and simulated AI. The separate fleet case study is a redacted account of Renzo’s own internal implementation map. It identifies what was scheduled, on demand or pending in that snapshot; it does not claim measured savings or independent verification.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

The site saves your name, email and brief for Renzo to review and gives you a receipt reference. There is no payment or automatic project commitment. You can also use the email option. The confirmation means your enquiry was saved, not that a reply has already been sent.
