Selected past work: KPI automation for two named clients
Two paid builds for named clients. Where a figure wasn't measured, I don't quote one.

Elliotts Landscape and Harrys Tyres: KPI forms to finished results
Paid client work Elliotts Landscape and Harrys Tyres, named with their agreement. Two builds, one for each business.
Before, for each business
About 4 hours each month and countless emails
After: one click per KPI submission
What was built, for each business
- A Jotform KPI form
- Airtable, which holds the employee details and the KPI calculations
- n8n, which processes each KPI submission, reads the details, emails the employee and management automatically, then writes the final KPI back to Airtable
What it does, in plain steps
- JotformA KPI submission arrives through the form
- n8nReads the employee's details from Airtable
- EmailThe employee and management are emailed
- AirtableThe final KPI is written back
Relevance to your business: if your team collects numbers by form, spreadsheet or email and someone then chases, calculates and sends them by hand, the same pattern applies in any industry. This pattern is the fixed-price KPI reporting automation build (the KPI Report): A$4,900, 3 weeks, with written acceptance criteria and 30 days of fixes. Ask about it in the fit check, or in your workflow audit, or see the prices.
Not measured: revenue and financial return. The 4 hours is my estimate of the monthly effort before each build, so this is time saved, not cash saved. Hours saved and dollars saved are counted apart. Beside them are the running costs: optional support from A$350 a month, and software and AI usage paid to the providers. Running costs (software and AI usage) are estimated in your audit, before you commit to a build.
Have a hand-over like these?
A free fit check by email first. The A$990 Workflow Audit is the next step, credited to your build.

These are real builds, not mock-ups. The interactive demonstrations elsewhere on the site use sample data and are labelled as demonstrations.

Send the form with your software, the workflow, your team size and your timing. I reply by email, usually with a question or two, and tell you whether it's a fit. No call needed. If it is, the next step is the A$990 Workflow Audit.
