AI Labs: build a workflow and watch Claude run it
Describe a job your business repeats. Claude designs the workflow, then runs it step by step. Every step opens up to show what happens in the background: the prompt Claude gets, the rules that check its work, the call an app step would make, and the person who approves.
Click a step to add it to the end.
- Press Run and every step will narrate itself here.
The examples use sample data. Claude steps are real calls to Claude Haiku 5.5 through this site’s server, which holds the key. If Claude is unavailable, a free backup model answers and the run says so. App steps (Xero, Slack, HubSpot and the rest) are simulated: you see the request a live build would send, and nothing leaves the page.
Four kinds of step, and you can see which is which
- ClaudeReads, sorts, summarises, recommends and drafts. It gets a strict instruction, returns JSON, and leaves a field empty rather than guess.
- RulesPlain code checks Claude's work: ABN checksums, limits, dates, required fields. No AI, so the same input always gives the same answer.
- A personAnything that pays, posts or sends waits for a named person. The flow pauses until they say yes or no.
- AppsXero, Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, email or any API. The same calls you would wire up in n8n or Zapier. You can export the flow to n8n, or as a step list for Zapier.
Good at the reading. Kept away from the deciding.
Claude does
- Turns messy emails, PDFs and notes into clean fields
- Sorts and summarises, with a reason you can check
- Writes first drafts that a person reviews before they go
Claude does not
- Pay, post or send on its own
- Change prices, pay or bank details
- Fill a gap with a guess
From a demo to a build
The examples are the kind of workflow I build for service businesses. Some match a build I already offer.
-
The Bill arrives example
Supplier Bill Approval
Each bill is checked for duplicates and mismatches, and a person approves the odd ones. A variant of Invoice Check, which starts at A$3,900.
-
The Website enquiry example
Enquiry and Quote Follow-up
Each enquiry is read, logged in your CRM and given a first reply for a person to review. A$4,900.
-
The other examples
Custom build
Customer complaints, meeting notes, supplier price rises and subcontractor insurance are scoped from your audit, from A$9,500.

Send the form with your software, the workflow, your team size and your timing. I reply by email, usually with a question or two, and tell you whether it's a fit. No call needed. If it is, the next step is the A$990 Workflow Audit.
Thanks, it's with me.
I read every enquiry myself and reply by email to the address you gave, .
