- The accounts: you do. The audit is read-only, so nothing in your systems is changed, and builds run in accounts in your name.

What do you need from me?
60 minutes, plus read-only access to your systems, which we agree before I start. Please do not send passwords or confidential records through the form.
What if I do not use Simpro, ServiceM8 or AroFlo?
Send the form and tell me what you use. I also work with BUZ Software, Workshop Software, QuickBooks, Employment Hero, KeyPay, Tanda, Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Airtable, Jotform, n8n and Zapier, and AI models: Claude (Anthropic's AI model) by preference, and ChatGPT. I will tell you if it is a fit.
Do you work with MYOB and Xero?
Yes, both, at the same prices. I have done MYOB client work, including a Tanda to MYOB link, MYOB charts of accounts, KPI reporting, and month-end and year-end. My published case studies so far are on Xero, and I am Xero certified.
Do I need to change my software?
No. I start with what you already use and check what it can already do.
Who owns the workflow?
You do. It runs in accounts in your name (n8n, Zapier, Airtable), and you get the logins and a written hand-over.
What if you are unavailable?
Every build ships with hand-over documentation another developer can follow, and runs on mainstream tools, not code only I understand.
